Introducing our robust notification system designed to keep you informed and in control of your business operations. Stay ahead of the curve with timely alerts tailored to your specific needs, ensuring you never miss a beat.

Notifications

  • Appointment created

  • Appointment cancelled

  • Appointment updated

  • New booking requested

  • New Abandoned bookings

  • New intake form submitted

  • Staff Clock in/out (only availble in app)

With these comprehensive notifications, you'll always be in the loop, allowing you to respond promptly and effectively to any changes or updates in your business.


Control Notification Sound

🖥️Desktop:

  • Under the < Settings >, navigate to the < General Settings> section

  • Find the < Preference > section, and scroll down to the bottom.

  • You can choose to toggle on/off the "notification sound" and click < Save > to save the change

📱App:

For MoeGo app sounds and push notifications, please locate and adjust the settings in your phone's notification settings.

IOS

  • Under the iPhone settings, navigate to the notification section

  • Find MoeGo App

  • You can choose to toggle on/off the "allow notification" and "sound".

Andriod

  • Go to the Settings, and then select the Apps menu.

  • Choose MoeGo

  • Note: You can find MoeGo by searching using the magnifier or search icon on the top right.

  • Tap on the Notifications.

  • You can activate or deactivate notifications at once by tapping the switch for Show notifications


Set up system notifications

To set up in-app system notifications using the desktop, simply:

  • Go to < Settings > on the side menu

  • Select the < Staff > tab

  • Select the specifc < Staff profile >

  • Scroll down to the Receive notification section

  • Customize the notification setting by selecting the option

    • "Related to them": Changes/Updates related to this staff

    • "At working business": All changes at the working location

    • "Do not notify": No notification

  • This setting controls what notifications can be displayed for selected staff under their own account.

  • For example, if you select "related to them" for "Booking created", staff will receive a notification when any other member schedules an appointment under this staff's schedule.

📱App:

To set up in-app system notifications using the app, simply:

  1. Go to < Settings > on the side menu

  2. Select < Staff >

  3. Select < Staff members > and select the < staff profile >

  4. Select < Notifications >

  5. Customize the notification settings by selecting the relevant option

Check Notifications

🖥️Desktop:

To access your notifications in the notification center on the desktop:

  1. Open MoeGo and click on the < bell icon > located on the top menu bar from any page.

  2. A list of notifications will be displayed.

  3. Click on a notification to view details.

📱App:

To access notifications in the notification center on the app:

  1. Open the MoeGo App

  2. Select < Notification >

  3. Select one of the < Notification types >

  4. Click on the notification window to view details.

💡 Please note: New notifications will have a red dot by the notification type

After adjusting notification settings, only new notifications will be displayed—past notifications will not be shown.

For example, staff will not be able to view any previous review records in notifications. Only newly received reviews will appear once the notification setting for that staff member is enabled.
