Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to the Invoice page
Go to Invoicing > Invoices.
Step 2: Apply the Payment Status Filter
Look for the filter panel.
Find the “Payment Status” filter option.
Click the dropdown and select one of the following:

After applying your desired filter, click “Save View” or “Create Custom View”.
Name your view (e.g., “Unpaid Invoices”).

Limitations
This feature does not apply to invoices that are synced from linked accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
Only invoices created within OnRent can be filtered by payment status.
