What are the Utilisation Reports.
Use the Average Utilisation Report to understand how often your products and assets are actually being used over time, helping you make smarter decisions about what to keep, buy more of, or retire. Unlike the Snapshot Report, which shows usage on a single day, this new report gives you a broader view using daily data, so you can spot trends, optimise your fleet, and reduce costs by focusing on what’s truly adding value.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the Report
Navigate to the Reports section from the main menu.
Select Average Utilisation Report from the list of available reports.
Step 2: Choose Your Date Range
Use the date picker to select the start and end dates for the report.
Note: Snapshots begin from 14th of August 2025, so historical data will build up over time.
Step 3: Select your filter
Choose the specific products or asset categories you want to analyse.

The system will calculate the average utilisation percentage for each item over the selected period.
Step 5: Export or Share
You can export the report as a PDF or Excel file.
