3. Use Filters to Track Approvals
Use the available filters to quickly find specific documents:
Status filters
Pending
Signed
Rejected
Cancelled
Approval type filters
The origin where the document came from eg order, purchase orders etc
Date range
These filters help you focus on actions that require attention.
4. Identify Documents Requiring Action
Look for documents with statuses like:
Pending
Rejected
These indicate items that may need follow-up

Click on the 3 dots to view and resend the document.
