Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Document Approval Index Page

  • Go to Activities in the main navigation menu

  • Select Document Approvals

2. Understand the Page Layout

On the index page, you will see a list of documents that:

  • Are awaiting approval

  • Have been sent for approval

Each entry typically includes key details such as:

  • Document name or reference

  • Customer or project

  • Approval status

  • Date sent or updated

3. Use Filters to Track Approvals

Use the available filters to quickly find specific documents:

  • Status filters

    • Awaiting approval

    • Approved

    • Sent

  • Approval type filters

    • Customer sign-off

    • Internal approvals

  • Additional filters (if available) may include date ranges or document types

These filters help you focus on actions that require attention.

4. Identify Documents Requiring Action

  • Look for documents with statuses like:

    • Pending

    • Awaiting approval

  • These indicate items that may need follow-up

5. Open a Document for More Details

  • Click on the 3 dots to view/ action this.
