What is the "Premium Bonus"?
Premium Bonuses are special offers that sit within the store. They work as a sort of allowance that can be claimed daily for a preset number of days once purchased.
As Premium Bonuses are distributed over multiple days, once purchased, users must log in daily to collect the coins available for that day. Coins reset at midnight based on your local game time, and any uncollected coins for a missed day cannot be recovered.
To collect your Premium Bonus rewards, follow these steps:
Open the in-game Coin Shop.
Navigate to the "Premium Bonus" tab.
Tap on "Collect" to claim your coins for the day.
If you have a Premium Bonus offer available, the offer will be viewable in the Premium Bonus tab. This would also be where you would claim the daily coins from that purchase!
Troubleshooting Premium Bonus Issues
Premium Bonus Not Working
If the Premium Bonus functionality is not working as expected, you may need to refresh the app. Follow these steps:
Open your device’s recent apps menu (steps vary by device).
Swipe away the app or tap the X icon to close it.
Optionally, tap “Clear All” to ensure no apps are running in the background.
Reopen the app and try accessing the Premium Bonus page again.
Bonus Not Received
If you are not receiving your Premium Bonus coins:
Verify that you have purchased the Premium Bonus package. Without a valid purchase, bonuses will not be available.
