To create a client, go to Clients > Create Client → add the Name, select the Relationship Type (Fleet Contract, Dealer Contract, or Individual Client Contract), and set a Location → click Create.
The Location you enter will automatically create the first Hub for this client.
By default, the client will appear as Uninvited, meaning they are not yet connected to Papaya. You can still manage their hubs, transfer vehicles, and raise tickets on their behalf.
To connect the client to Papaya, open the Client Page → click Invite Users → enter the user’s Name and Email.
Once they accept the invitation, the client becomes active and can access their account.
