Event Forms
1. User Story 13794: Floating Forms - Add 'Unknown' option to time dropdown of 'Date and time error discovered (first identified)'
• Description: Within the event forms e.g. incident, a new "Unknown" option is added to the Time dropdown of the field "Date and time error discovered (first identified)"
Form Settings, Patients
2. User Story 13485: Patient Tool Update - Ability to Manage Gender Options from Form Settings
• Description: Within Form Settings, it is now possible to manage the Gender options for each form. These can be managed via the “Manage Options” section. Options can be added and removed.
3. User Story 13640: Form Settings > Floating form > Patients Section updates
• Description: Within the event forms, a tooltip is added to the Patients section “Type in the Unique ID of the patient who is the subject of this event and press enter. If they are not already on the system, you will be prompted to enter further details”.
The search field can be updated e.g. to initials etc. via Form Settings, clicking on the relevant form, and the Patients section.
