β€’ Description: Within Form Settings, and in the "Patients" tool, it is now possible to add a "date of birth range", for patient collection in forms. When selected, within the patients section in the form, a new question shows "Is this a non prescription medication/product?", if "yes" is selected for this question, then the relevant date ranges will show as options to select. This option is not accessible for integrated forms such as LFPSE NHS (England), OCP AIMS (Ontario, Canada) etc.
