Enhancements

Event Forms

1. User Story 14221:Global Updates for all floating forms

• Description: Within the event forms e.g. incident, the following updates are made:

Increase the field size for the question "Describe the facts of what happened". Currently, user needs to scroll down to read the complete information which they are filling in.

Add two new extra fields under clinical service and the options should be alpha sorted as shown in the mock-up

Sterile compounding related issue

Clinical chart review

Under Incident Details > Situations with Risks > High Alert Medication Involved, add two extra fields:

Antimicrobials

Immunotherapy

Under Incident Details > Situations with Risks > Transition of care (e.g. hospital to home), add logic and add new fields provided below and keep it in alpha sort:

Admission

Discharge

Transition within the facility

Best Possible Medication History (BPMH)

MedRec- Medication Reconciliation

2. User Story 14226: Increase Character Count in Notes Section of Actions (all event actions)

• Description: Within the event summary page, actions widget, the character limit has been updated form 250 to 3000. This applies to SMART Action Plans, and Pre-Defined Actions.

Root Cause Analysis

3. User Story 13005: Update Root Cause Analysis widget - Enabling users to multiple root causes Identified within same entry

• Description: Within the event summary page, Root Causes, section, it is now possible to add multiple root causes identified under the Root Cause Analysis widget. going An “ADD” button is added which will enable the users to add multiple root causes. Details of multiple Root Causes will show within Insights Pro, Export Data.

4. User Story 13976: Settings > User Management Revamp - Landing Page

• Description: Within Settings, Users, the following updates have been made:

Adopt the existing styles from Facilities submodule.

Add a new key word search with an ability to search by User Name or Login Id

Add a link 'Filter' and on clicking this link, display multi-select dropdowns under each of the column names as showing in the mock-ups, leaving User Name & Login Id columns. Clinking on Filter link again should hide the dropdowns and clear the search criteria by reloading the table (not the page). Dropdowns search values multi-selectable. Add live search to the Default Facility dropdown.

Add Legends for Active and Inactive states of the users along with the number of users in each of the status.

Add 'Configure User Settings' link, which should navigate to the user settings configurations page.

Add buttons for below functionalities

Add - To add new user individually

Import - To add new users in bulk through uploading user details in xlsx format. (Not for Sprint 86)

Export - Download user details in xlsx format

Bulk Actions - Update user details for multiple selected users

Add check box column and check-all box as first column header.

Display below columns and appropriate user details

· User Name, Login Id

· Staff Position

· Employment Type

· Notification Channel

· Default Facility

· Access Level

· Language (Display only if the organization has multiple languages enabled)

· SSO Active (Display only if the organization is enabled with SSO)

· Resend Invite
