The following document highlights the enhancements and bug fixes included in the Pharmapod Sprint 88 release.
This release will be available in your Production environment as of April 8, 2025.

Global: Close case button update (14524)
To prevent you from clicking the Close case button multiple times, if an event cannot close due to a missing mandatory field within the form, then the button will remain greyed out until addressed.
Global: Streamlined button behaviour (14593)
Previously, buttons on forms (ex., Cancel, Submit, Save as Draft) had an inconsistent look across pages. Additionally, some buttons would react when you hovered over them while others did not. We have updated these buttons to all be consistent and react in the same way.
Global: New View toggle (Settings > Users) (14568)
Previously, when a user accessed the application, the old view would automatically display. We have added the ability to set a user’s account to display the new view upon logging in. To do so, click Settings > Users. Click the New View toggle in the top right-hand corner. Turning this toggle on will save this setting for that user’s next login.
Global: Edit icon update (14595)
When editing a patient, we have updated the edit button to display a new pencil icon. Additionally, when you hover over the button, an Edit label displays.
Canada: Terms and conditions update (14682)
Added our updated Canadian terms and conditions page to the application.
OCP: Privacy breach mapping update (14750)
Previously, a large number of events would display on the Data Warehouse page as Patient/Resident Incorrect because it also included events deemed a Privacy Breach. These events have been updated to map as Other type.
US: Terms and conditions update (14702)
Added our updated US terms and conditions page to the application.
NZ My Chemist Warehouse: PDA report update (14692)14649)
Updated the PDA report with the following:
Set the Has the pharmacy manager/ owner been notified? field to have a default answer of Yes.
Set the Date Report Written field to reflect when the report was submitted, rather than the event date.
Updated the PDA report to include the Reported by details entered on the Staff Involved widget.
ANZ: New audit assessment (14509)
Added a new Quality Improvement and Compliance (QIC) Audit assessment.
ANZ: State label update (14632)
To more accurately capture the region, we have updated the County label to State on the following pages:

Global: Phone number requires a country error (14279)
Previously, if you attempted to reset your password but registered only with your phone number (and did not set a country), then an error message would display. This has been resolved, and you can successfully reset your password.
Global: Risk colour coding issue (14408)
Previously, on the Cases page, the risk colour beside the Event type would display incorrectly. This has been resolved and the table now displays the correct risk colour.
Global: User last login issue (14529)
Previously, under Settings > User Login Activity, the system would not accurately display the number of user logins under the Number of logins in selected period column. This has been resolved, and the column now shows the correct number of logins.
Global: User Login Activity sorting issue (14528)
Previously, under Settings > User Login Activity, the system would sort the names in ascending order but not in descending order. This has been resolved, and you may now sort the list with descending names.
Global: Contributing factors in Anonymized Report issue (14403)
Previously, when exporting the Anonymized Report they would not include contributing factors. This has been resolved and the report now correctly includes contributing factors.
Global: Contributing factors in the PDA Report issue (14872)
Previously, when exporting the PDA Report, the system used to show sub-factors twice. This has been resolved and the report now correctly includes contributing factors.
Global: Event description alignment issue (14590)
We have resolved an issue that caused a misaligned error message on the Event description page.
Global: Incident Summary display issue (14591)
Previously, on the Incident Summary page, some words in the Description field were being cut off and displayed split up. This has been resolved, and all words on this page now display correctly.
Global: Linked email notifications display issue (14668)
Resolved an issue where linked email notifications incorrectly displayed the Reported by and Linked Facility details in reverse. Notifications triggered through the Linked Facilities widget now display correct reported facility and linked facility details.
LCL/ PHX/SDM: Old form access issue (14754)
Previously, you were able to access old forms with a URL despite them being overridden by newer versions of the system. This has been resolved, and the older forms can no longer be accessed.
ANZ: Facilities List spelling error fix (14631) (14694)
Previously, on the Settings > Facilities List page, under the Administrative Body dropdown, the Pharmacy Board of Australia option was spelled incorrectly. We have updated this option with the correct spelling.
ANZ: Risk and harm details issue (14644)
Previously, on the Risk Matrix page, the Actual harm caused questions were not mandatory to proceed through the form. This has been resolved, and all fields must be filled out before proceeding.
ANZ: Export to Data Warehouse issue (14496)
Previously, Incidents and Near miss data was not exported to the Data Warehouse. This issue has been resolved and this data is now exported correctly.
Global: Anonymous event notification issue (14362)
Previously, an issue arose where a notification was sent to a pharmacist despite the event being anonymous. This has been resolved and anonymous events will not send a notification.
LCL/ PHX/SDM: Date and time error message issue (14373)
Previously, when submitting an event, if the Date and time error discovered/ Date and time error occurred fields were not completed, then a general error message would display. This has been updated and a more specific error will display letting you know which fields need to be completed.
LCL/ PHX/SDM: Event summary access issue (14698)
Previously, when attempting to access the Event summary page for a newly created event, the system would display an error. This has been resolved and newly created events may be accessed via the Event summary page.
LCL/ PHX/SDM: Province-based role creation issue (14614)
Previously, when attempting to create a role (and SSO was enabled), the system would not let you create a province-based access role. This has been resolved and the page now displays a radio option with the ability to select a role by province.
LCL/ PHX/SDM: Field error message issue (14396)
Previously, when creating an event, if a field was skipped then an error message displayed at the top of the screen. When the field was completed, the error message would still display at the top of the screen. To improve usability, this error message now disappears once the issue has been resolved.
OCP: Pharmacy activity count issue (14758)
Previously, an issue arose in the Regulator Dashboard where the Pharmacy Activity Counts were not aligned. We have updated the MSO queries, and the counts are now reflected accurately.
HPS: Adding a user > Missing language options issue (14847)
Previously, when adding a new user in your Settings and when setting their default language, there were no options displayed in the dropdown. This has been resolved and language options correctly display in the dropdown.
PillPack: Event ID search issue (14861)
Previously, when searching for a Unique ID, no results would display in the list. This has been resolved, and results now correctly display in the list.
LCL/ PHX/SDM: Duplicate report submissions issue (14824)
Previously, an issue arose that caused some reports to be submitted twice. As a result, duplicate report submissions displayed. This has been resolved, and reports will no longer be submitted twice.
x: Uploading new SOP version issue (14360)
Previously, under SOP Management, if a SOP was uploaded and you wanted to upload a newer version, the Upload new SOP button would be greyed out, preventing you from doing so. This has been resolved and you are now able to upload a new SOP.
Global: Temporary password login issue (14689)
Previously, if you attempted to login to the system with a temporary password, then the loading screen would remain spinning and would not progress. This has been resolved and temporary passwords now allow you to log in and change your password.
Global: Home medication Good Catch form display issue (14734)
Previously, the Home Medication Good Catch form was displaying the stages incorrectly. The Delivery within facility section would display at the header throughout the process. This has been resolved and the form now displays correctly.
LCL/ PHX/SDM: Email notification linked facility issue (14622)
Previously, email notifications were not being received by the linked facility. This has been resolved and the email notifications are now correctly sent.
