The following document highlights the enhancements and bug fixes included in the Pharmapod Sprint 89 release.
Enhancements |
Global: Upgrading Insights Lite module to Insights Pro for all users.
To provide additional analytics and reporting capabilities for all users, we are transitioning all users from Insights Lite to Insights Pro. Users will see the updated module on the left hand side of their screen.
Global: Renamed E-Training module to AIMS E-Training (14923)
To support OCP facilities, we have renamed the E-Training module to AIMS E-Training.
Canada: Enabled RxBriefcase E-Learning module (14926)(14928) (14925)
To support Canadian pharmacy users and subscribers, we have enabled the RxBriefcase E-Learning module.
Global: Draft event email reminders (14821) (14866)
To improve the user experience, a new email reminder will be sent to you if you have an unsubmitted event that has been left as a draft. This new email will be triggered once an event has been left in the draft state for 24 hours. Another will be sent after 96 hours (four days). The email includes details as to when the event was created, and a link taking you to complete the event.
Global: Terms of conditions update (14931)
Updated the Pharmapod terms of conditions and terms of service in the application.
Bug fixes |
Global: Clinical services involved display issue (14799)
Previously, when adding an event, the Clinicial services involved section options were not listed in alphabetical order. This has been resolved and they now display correctly from A to Z.
Global: Medication Safety Report harm level count issue (14933)
Duplicate harm level event types (ex. Drug Incorrect and Incorrect Drug) are now merged and displayed as a single entry with accurate counts in both the UI and exported file.
Global: DW Report 5 issue (14935)
Previously, an issue arose in the Data Warehouse Medication Safety Program Report 5 that caused the Other Stage field to count as an Other Type. As a result, Other Stage information was included in the report. This has been resolved and Other Stage information no longer displays in the report.
Global: DW Export issue (14927)
Resolved an issue where selecting the Image/Print export option caused a system error. Users can now successfully export visuals without loading issues.
Global: Insights > Misrecorded events issue (14934)
Previously, on the Insights Pro page, if you generated a chart, events with a status of Misrecorded would populate incorrectly. This has been resolved and Misrecorded events now display accurately.
Global: Reset form layout button issue (14988)
Previously, when editing a form, clicking the Reset button would cause the new layout option to disappear. This has been resolved and clicking Reset will not affect the new layout button.
Other: Incident Report: Event stage field issue (14800)
Previously, when attempting to submit an Incident Report, the Event stage field would not display any options. As this is a mandatory field for submission, this would prevent you from submitting the report. This has been resolved and the Event stage field now works correctly and displays options.
ANZ: Medication Incident and Good catch forms: Calendar issue (14646)
Previously, when working with the Medication incident and Good catch forms, when selecting a date, the calendar would default to an incorrect date. This has been resolved and when selecting a date, the calendar will now correctly default to today’s date.
ANZ: Insights Pro: Misrecorded events data issue (14778)
Previously, Insights Pro charts were incorrectly pulling data that included Misrecorded events. This has been resolved and Misrecorded events data is correctly no longer included in these charts.
Canada: Event toggle: Transfer issue (14815)
Previously, when changing a Pharmacy incident to a Home incident, the system would not carry over certain information (ex., Patient room no, Medication(s) recovered), preventing you from completing the process. This has been resolved, and completed data fields now carry over correctly.
Canada: Event submission reporter designation issue (14936)
Previously, when users would submit an event and specified themselves as the reporter, their designation would incorrectly display as the Assistant Director of Care. This has been resolved and the reporter’s designation is now accurate.
