Within Form Settings, and clicking on a particular form e.g. Pharmacy Medicaiton Incident, you can add closure rules.
Closure Rules enables only certain users to be able to close cases.
These can be added by following these steps:
Click on Form Settings,
Click on the relevant form card on the right-hand side e.g. Pharmacy Medication Incident,
Click on Add/Manage Configurations,
Manage Closure Rules
Add New Closure Rule
Rules can be set by Form Fields (options within the form), or User Override (any users added can close the form type/all events.
You can either set the rule to be closed by all users with a certain position e.g. Head Office, or manually add the relevant users (if they have different positions), via the blue Select Users button.
