(Global) Minimizing Data Fields in the Incident and Good Catch Forms with View More / View Less form field options (15139)
Enhanced the form with a Pharmapod default “mimized” view. Pharmapod will display the most common data fields per section currently being selected by users. We added the ability for each location to tailor data choices and hide or unhide the fields that are most common for your site. To do so, click Form Settings > Form Field Settings. Then, select Hide or Unhide. For more information, check out the Hide/ Unhide form field options feature overview.

(Global) Manage staff positions page update (15107)
To improve the user experience, we have made the following changes to the Manager staff positions page:
To provide a more comprehensive view of the application, the page now displays all user access roles.
Displays both default and regional access roles simultaneously.
The Mapped Access Role column has been renamed to Default Access Role.
The new Regional Access Role column shows all assigned regional roles with associated region names.
Hover tooltips have been added to clarify the purpose of both default and regional access roles.
(Global) Pharmapod (default version): Form customization update (15129)
All form sections under Form Settings > Form Field Settings are now enabled. They have also been locked for the Pharmapod default version to prevent disabling by organization administrators. This update ensures consistent access across organizations while preserving existing customizations.

To improve the user experience, we have made the following updates to the Insights Pro page:
Improved loading time.
The Actions Log table now displays in reverse chronological order so that the most recent entries display at the top.
When a user clicks the Export button in the Actions Log table, they are now redirected to the Export Data module.
In the Data Warehouse section, renamed the Near Miss option to Good Catch.
(Global) Renamed: Near Miss to Good Catch (14838)
Updated and renamed "Near Miss" to "Good Catch" globally across the system. This change ensures consistent terminology for forms, filters, reports, and downloads in Insights Pro, Data Warehouse, and Safety Reports.

Previously, users who were assigned to a single facility or organization would be asked to select their facility after logging in. For a more streamlined experience, these users will now skip this page and will be directed to the Dashboard page after logging in.

All users (except users with submit-only access) now have the ability to Misrecord events.

To prevent inactive users from being stuck in a login loop, the Click to Login message has been updated to Return to Login Page. Clicking this will now trigger a logout, redirecting the user back to their single sign-on page.

(GRLS) Incident report: Case assignment issue (15796)
Previously, when submitting an Incident report, on the Assign Case To page, the Team dropdown was blank. This has been resolved, and the Team dropdown now correctly displays a list of options.
(ANZ) Discard draft error (15783)
Previously, when working with the Medication incident form, if you attempted to discard a change, then an error would display. This has been resolved, and you may now discard drafts again.
(GRLS) Suspended users notification email issue (15794)
Previously, if a user or organization were suspended, they would still receive a daily summary of activities email. This has been resolved, and suspended users no longer receive this update.
(Global) Form settings: Manage option access disabled issue (15698)
Previously, the "Manage Option" setting in Form Settings was unexpectedly disabled after various organization configurations, including staff position mapping to an access role and facility imports, sometimes leading to a temporary loss of admin access. This has been resolved, and the option is now correctly enabled.
(Global) Root cause widget: Contributing factors add button issue (15426)
Previously, when working with an event’s root cause widget, the Add button for contributing factors would not display. This has been resolved, and the Add button now correctly displays, allowing you to add a contributing factor.
(Global) Secondary facility type issue (15454)
Previously, when editing a facility under System config > Global Settings > Facility type, the system would incorrectly not allow you to add a secondary facility type. This has been resolved, and you may now correctly add a secondary facility type.
(Global) Contributing factors: Conditions not working issue (15520)
Previously, under Settings > Notifications > The Contributing factors section, several conditions (Is Equal To, Is Filled, and Is Empty) did not work. This has been resolved, and setting the conditions will now display their results.

Resolved the following issues related to Insights Pro exports:
Discarded drafts were not included in the export if either Date closed or Misrecorded date was selected.
If exported in the French view, some fields remained in English.
The Describe what happened field was not included in the export.
(Global) Closure request incorrect trigger issue (15610)
Previously, closure requests were incorrectly triggered for configured users and the Facility Management Team. This has been resolved, and these requests are no longer triggered for these users.
(Global) Patient custom field issue (15629)
Previously, an issue arose that caused patient custom fields to change to a disabled state. This has been resolved and no longer occurs for these fields.
(Global) SOP document viewer: Display issue (15708)
Previously, under SOP > My SOP, when you attempted to view your document, the window was too small, preventing you from reviewing the content. This has been resolved, and the document viewer window now expands to the size of the screen to ensure readability.
(Global) Data Warehouse: Corrected gender storage for floating forms (15495)
To ensure accurate reporting, gender data submitted via floating forms (with the patient tool disabled) will now be correctly stored and mapped to the Data Warehouse with the precisely selected value.
(CA) Staff Involved: Issue with displaying added staff details (15812)
Previously, when clicking the Add button under the Staff Involved section, the details of the added staff member were not displaying correctly. This has been resolved, and staff member details now display correctly.
