Pharmapod release notes

Sprint 92

The following document highlights the enhancements and bug fixes included in the Pharmapod Sprint 92 release.

Enhancements

(Global) Updated Patient(s) Details label (15654)

When the No patient reporting setting was enabled, forms that previously had the Is this patient(s) involved in the event? label have been updated to read Were any patient(s) involved in this event?.

(Global) Administrators: Access Role in Modules permissions update (15660)

Under Backoffice and their Settings, Administrators now have updated labels for module permissions. The modules will now display based on access level:

  • Full Admin: Modules with the "Admin" toggle enabled (is_admin value of 1) will be labeled with (FULL ADMIN) appended to their name (e.g., "Core (FULL ADMIN)").

  • Local Admin: Modules with the "Own Facilities Only" toggle enabled (is_admin value of 2) will be labeled with (LOCAL ADMIN) (e.g., "Core (LOCAL ADMIN)").

  • Standard Admin: Other modules with the "Admin" toggle enabled will be displayed with just (Admin) appended to their name (e.g., "System Configuration (Admin)")

(Global) Pharmapod logo updates (15803) (15847)

For branding purposes, added the Pharmapod logo to the following:

  • The footer of all system-generated emails.

  • The header of PDF assessment reports and certificates.

(Global) New Events: Updated Cancel button navigation (15843)

To improve the user experience when cancelling an event, the Cancel button now takes you to the Dashboard page. Selecting either 'Discard Changes' or 'Save & Exit' will now navigate you directly to the Dashboard. This ensures a quick and predictable return to your central overview after abandoning or saving your changes.

(Global) Edit Events: Updated Cancel button navigation (15915)

When editing an existing event, clicking the Cancel button now takes you to the Event Summary page.

(Numark) Non-England onboarding updates (15539)

We have made the following updates for users signing up outside of England:

  • New Country dropdown.

  • Hid the Pharmapod UK Country dropdown.

  • The selected country will now select a subscription plan.

(Global) Decommissioned Feedback module (16145)

To streamline the feedback process, we have decommissioned the legacy Feedback module. All feedback should now be provided through the Product Feedback form at the top of the page.

Bug fixes

(Global) Discard draft navigation issue (15820)

Previously, when navigating an event and attempting to move to another section, you were prompted to discard the draft. If you chose to do so, then the system would take you away from the page you were on to the Event Summary page. This issue has been resolved, and discarding a draft will take you to the module you intended to navigate to.

(Global) Older events error (16110)

Previously, when attempting to open older events under Cases, they would incorrectly open in a new internet browser tab with an error. This has been resolved, and the older events now display correctly.

(Global) Insights Pro: Data export issue (16111)

Previously, when attempting to export data from the Insights Pro page, clicking the Export button would cause an error. This has been resolved, and data can now be successfully exported.

(Global) Misrecorded events email issue (16131)

Previously, an issue arose that caused an email to be sent asking to review an incident in draft that was in fact a misrecorded event. This has been resolved, and misrecorded events no longer trigger email notifications.

(Global) Risk Matrix numbering issue (16082)

Previously, when working with the Risk Matrix on the Summary page, an issue arose that caused negative numbers to display. Additionally, it would display the questions as incomplete, despite them being completed. This has been resolved, and the numbers and the question status now display correctly.

(Global) Safety Report error (16141)

Previously, when attempting to download the Safety Report as a Microsoft Word document, an error would display. This has been resolved, and the Word document can now be successfully downloaded.

(Global) Form Settings: Action plan error (16081)

Previously, when attempting to edit the Action plan section of the Form Settings, a 404 error would display. This has been resolved, and you may now correctly edit this section.
