The easiest way to access historic incidents is to select 'Medication Safety Events' from the left sidebar and then select "Search" from the top menu bar.
Now, enter the parameters you wish to use (e.g. form type, to and from dates, specific pharmacies) and select "Search". You can also use the Advanced filter button to filter by areas such as "Status" and "Created by" (Staff member who reported the event). This will bring up all incidents matching the parameters which you can then view individually by clicking "View Summary".
