The easiest way to access historic incidents is to select 'Incidents' from the left sidebar and then select "Search" from the top menu bar.
Now, enter the parameters you wish to use (e.g. form type, to and from dates, specific pharmacies) and select "Update". This will bring up all incidents matching the parameters which you can then view individually by clicking "Open".
Another option is to export your data to a spreadsheet by using the "Export to CSV" button.
