You can view all of the incidents you have recorded in the 'Cases' tab which is located on the left hand menu bar.
In this section you will be able to view all of incidents that you have recorded in the system.
By clicking on the 'Event ID' number, you will be brought to the Event Summary page and be able to view all of the data logged for that particular event.
