Adding Patient/Resident details within an incident/good catch

Recording date of birth for incidents.

Within the incident and good catch forms you can enter any patient/resident details by following the below steps:

  1. Click on the relevant form

    2. Patient Details is the second section.

    3. Enter the Patient Initials, after doing so, select Enter on your keyboard, and you are then brought to the following window to enter Patient Details.
​

4. You can control which sections are mandatory/show within Form Settings

Also, patient/resident details for previously reported events are accessible in the "Patients" module on the left-hand side.
