The watchlist can be found on the Incident dashboard which is located on the top left-hand corner of the page.
This is a particularly useful tool for superintendent pharmacists, as it is used to monitor priority incidents and near misses.
Any incidents recorded by staff which are marked as 'important' will show up in the watchlist and may require action to be taken by the superintendent pharmacist.
