The watchlist can be found on the Medication Safety Events dashboard which is located on the top left-hand corner of the page.
This is a particularly useful tool for head office staff/store owners/managers, as it is used to monitor priority incidents and near misses.
Any incidents recorded by staff which are "Added to the watchlist", will then show in the assigned user's watchlist, and may require action to be taken by the head office/administrative user.
