"Inactive Account" How to Reactivate a User

Failure to log in due to 'inactive' account.

This will show a list of all users in the organisation. 

The 'Active' list shows the active status of a user. 

Should a user not receive their login details, check and see if their 'share' status is on Yes. If it reads No, you can simply change this by clicking on the bar. 

Alternatively, if trying to reactive a user, you can edit a user by selecting the "Edit" icon and then setting the "Status" from "Active" to "Inactive"
