How to Search for Incidents within Cases

You can search for incidents on your Pharmapod account by clicking the 'Cases' tab on the left bar menu. 

To search for an incident, use the 'Search...' bar located just above the cases table on the left-hand side. 

You can input the Event ID in this search bar to bring up a specific event

You can also use the dropdown filter options available. You search by a particular event type of by the event stage of an event

To make it even faster to find the incident you are looking for, you can use the filter using the various tabs available

For example, if you click on 'Date Reported', this will filter to bring up the most recently reported events within your facility.

Open Cases will show in the "CM Queue", whilst closed are accessible in the "All Closed tab". Within All Closed, you can filter by the month by which the event was closed to bring up all incidents/good catches closed for that time period.
