The Pharmacy Assessment System (PASS) is a self-audit tool for pharmacies.

The PASS module can be found by clicking the 'Pharmacy Assessment System' tab on the left menu bar. On this page, you can create Action Plans, use the Compliance Dashboard to record your compliance levels and track your completion of the Pharmacy Assessment System by uploading eForms provided by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
To begin the Pharmacy Assessment, select the relevant cycle by clicking the calendar icon at the top right corner of the page.
E.g. 2019, 2020, 2021 and so on.
Click 'START' to download the blank eForm for each domain and set your target date for when you want to complete the form.
The target date which you set must be within the date range which you originally choose e.g. for 2020 the date chosen must be between the 1st of January and the 31st of December 2020.
Complete the documentation on Adobe Reader and save on your computer. If you do not already have Adobe Reader, click here to download the free software. If you try to make edits after opening the form on an internet browser e.g. chrome then they will not save after being uploaded to the system.
Once you have completed the assessment form, upload the file you saved by clicking the cloud icon, and then click 'Mark as Complete'.
