SOP analytics is a useful tool that allows you to examine your SOP's efficiency. From here, you can view the most frequently downloaded SOPs as well as generate a visual report outlining their performance.

Firstly, you will have to go to the SOPs module and click on the 'SOP Analytics' tab located on the top menu bar. In order to access the SOP Analytics module you will need access to the "SOP Management" module.

To generate a report, all you have to do is follow these easy steps:

  1. Select the SOP categories you would like to include, defaulting to All. You may choose a single or a multiple amount of categories.

2. Select the time period you would like to analyse, defaulting to within the last month.

3. You can also choose whether you would like to analyse a single facility or all of your facilities by clicking 'Selected pharmacies'.

4. Finally, when you have applied all filters, click 'Generate' to create a medication report.

SOP Users Activity

This is useful to keep track of your teams' SOP compliance. You can see which SOP's users and have not completed by clicking on the specific percentile or you can use the filters to limit your results e.g. by a user's "Professional Position".

Sign-off Requests

This feature will allow you to keep a record of members of staffs' completion rates of various sign-off requests. The percentiles represent the members of your team that are compliant by signing off on SOPs before their pre-set deadline and those that have not signed-off prior to the deadline.

Outstanding Sign-Off Requests

The "Outstanding Sign-Off Requests" table shows how many outstanding sign-off requests (sign-off requests which have not been completed after the deadline has passed) are associated with a particular user.
