Actions are simply To Do Lists for incidents and near misses which have been recorded.
One event can have multiple actions. Any actions that have been assigned to you will appear in the 'My Actions' table on your main dashboard
You can mark the action as done here by clicking on the 'tick' icon
Any pending actions will also be visible in the 'Actions notifications' feature on the top right corner of the dashboard.
By clicking on the notification, you will be directed to the Event Summary page of the incident in question.
Now, you can scroll down to the 'Actions' box where you can edit, reassign or delete the action (depending on your user access).
Note: When you reassign an action, it will appear on the users 'My Actions' feature and be displayed on their dashboard.
When you are satisfied that an action has been thoroughly dealt with, you can mark the action as Done by clicking the 'tick' icon.
