Adding an incident to your watchlist is used to notify the Superintendant pharmacist/Designated Manager (Assigned via Settings, Facilities/Facility specific positions) that the incident may require an action from them.ย
It is useful for flagging any important incidents such as those with a severe harm level, or where a more serious error occurred.
To add an incident to the Watchlist;
Click the 'Cases' tab on the left menu bar.
2. Select the 'Incident ID' of the case you would like to add to the watchlist.ย
3. Click 'Add to Watchlist'.

4. You can add detail as to why the incident may require action by the superintendant/designated manager.

5. Finally, click 'Add to Watchlist'.
