Close an Incident

An incident can be closed when you are satisfied that all details regarding the incident have been logged and any actions required are completed. Please note that only those with the authorised access will be able to close off on events. There may be certain closure rules in place which prevent users closing off on events.

To close an incident;

  1. Click on the 'Cases' tab on the left side menu bar. 

  2. Tick the box beside the case you would like to close. 

  3. Click the green 'Close Selected' button in the right hand corner.

  4. You can close multiple events in the same way by ticking these on the right hand side

You can also close an incident from within the Event Summary page by clicking on the black "Close Case" button on the top right-hand side of the screen. 

Accessing Closed Cases

To access 'closed' cases, 

  1. Click the 'Cases' tab

  2. Select 'All Closed' across the top menu bar.
