Case Badges are a useful way to keep track of case activity.
There are three distinct badges used on the site.

Incident Overdue:

This symbol refers to a case which is overdue by 60 days. This means that the case was recorded more than 60 days ago.

Open Actions:

This badge means that there are open actions associated with that specific incident.
Click the Event ID, this will direct you to the Event Summary page, then scroll down to the 'Actions' box to determine what action is required to be taken.

You can add more actions to a case by clicking 'Add'. Editing an action is done by clicking the pencil symbol. Marking an action as being completed is achieved by clicking the tick symbol. Marking an action as being done will remove the red 'OA' badge.

Learning Point

This symbol signifies that the case has associated learning points.
Learning points can be added to cases during the initial recording, or at a later stage.
Adding a learning point at a later stage is done by selecting the incident, and then clicking 'Add Learning Point' option.
