Within Insights Pro, and Actions, you can see metrics relating to the number of actions added per event type, and assigned to particular users.
You can access these reports by clicking on Insights Pro and Actions.
Click 'Generate' to download the report.
The reports will appear on the dashboard in table format as shown below.
Now, you can review team members who have outstanding actions, the number of incidents they are currently involved in and the average age of the action.
In the Actions Log you can view each action and click on the relevant event details by clicking on the event ID on the left-hand side.
