Once you have uploaded an assessment form, you can create an action plan by opening the 'Action Plans' tab on the top menu bar. Here you can view your progress in drafting your action plan. 

To upload an Action Plan document, click 'Update' and select the saved file from your computer. Once a plan is in place, the domain turns green.
​Note: Action Plan documents must also be completed on Adobe Reader.
