Actions are activities that you have identified which must be undertaken to allow for either closure of the incident or to minimise the risk of a similar incident occurring again. By clicking on the Add tab in the top right hand corner of the box, you can add the action for the incident. An example is shown below.Β
The Action can be categorized as a "Preventative Action'', ''Corrective Action'', "Call", "Meeting" or "Other". If the action has not already been taken, then you can set a due date for when you want this action to be completed.
