Actions are activities that you have identified which must be undertaken to allow for either closure of the incident or to minimise the risk of a similar incident occurring again. By clicking on the Add tab in the top right hand corner of the box, you can add the action for the incident. An example is shown below.ย
The Action can be categorized as a "Preventative Action'', ''Corrective Action'',
Using the Corrective Actions option you can add a SMART Action plan using the SMART template, a worked example is accessble by clicking on the green font. You can also add Pre-Defined actions via Form Settings, which would populate in the relevant dropdown when adding a new action.
Actions are assigned to the relevant "Action Owner" which can be updated by selecting the green Change font. You can also set a due date for when this action is added. Assigned users will receive in app notifications and emails to remind them of the outstanding item.
