You can edit the dropdown fields which appear as possible answers to questions when compiling an incident on Pharmapod by clicking on the "System Configuration" tab.
Within the system configuration tab, you then click on the "Dropdowns" followed by "System Fields Values".
The name of the question can be located in the "Name" column whilst the exact question which is asked in the form can be found in the "Question asked in the form" column.
To edit the dropdowns, you simply press the edit button for the particular question that you wish to edit. The edit button is located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Once clicking on the edit button, the list of dropdown options which are linked to the given question appear. You can add a new option by pressing the " Add New" button. You can also edit a specific dropdown option by clicking on the pencil "edit" button. Finally, you can remove a dropdown option from appearing in your incident form by pressing the x "deactivate" button.
After making the relevant changes to your system fields values, you click on the green save button, which saves the edits you have made.
