SOP Summary Page

You can access the summary page of an SOP once having access to the SOP Management module. To access the summary page you simply select the unique code number of the SOP in question and this brings you to the summary page. 

Once accessing the summary page, you can view facets such as the total number of sign-off requests attached to a SOP, the amount of self sign-offs which were completed by members of staff, the number of facilities the SOP has been assigned to, the number of users who's sign-off request are outstanding and finally any comments relating to the SOP. 

The summary page allows you to analyse your SOP on a per SOP basis in comparison to the SOP Analytics module. 

The summary page also allows you to deactivate or reactivate a specific SOP by clicking on the X button in the "Status" section on the right-hand side of the page. 

You can also upload additional documents to your SOP by selecting the "Upload" button in the "SOP Supporting Documents" section. 

One can also track any recent activities, which are associated with a given SOP e.g. when it was created, if it was edited etc. in the "Recent Activities" section.
