This is the place whereby you can record any accidents which occur within your pharmacy.
To access the accident form you simply click on the "Health & Safety" tab followed by "Accidents" and the blue "Add" button.
This brings a digitized accident form which can be completed in quick time as it utilizes drop-down menus and calendars.
Mandatory fields include the "incident type", the "date and time the incident occurred", the "exact location where the incident occurred" and "circumstances of the incident including details of any injury".
When you have completed the accident form, you press the green save button at the bottom of the screen and this saves your recorded accident.
