After recording your particular accident you can access it's summary page by clicking on the "Health & Safety" tab followed by "Accidents" and in the tools section click on the view button of any previously recorded accidents. All accidents which you have recorded will appear in the "Accidents" dashboard.
Once having accessed the summary page of a particular accident you can see what has been recorded in your accident form as this information appears on the left-hand side of the page.
Similarly to the event summary page you have the ability to add actions, documents and comments. These functions are located on the right-hand side of the summary page. You can add an Action/Document/Comment by pressing the add button in the relevant section box.
You can also go back and edit a previously recorded action by pressing the green "Edit" button located at the top of the page and you can close an accident by pressing the "Close" button which is located to the right of the "Edit" button.
