After recording your hazard, you can access the summary page by clicking on the "Health & Safety" tab followed by "Hazards".
This dashboard shows a list of all of your recorded hazards, with their relevant descriptions and various details.
To view a certain hazard in detail, click the view button in the tools section.
This reveals your Hazard Summary and similar to the event summary page, you have the ability to add actions, documents, recent activities and comments.
Each of these functions can be found on the right-hand side of the summary page.
Simply click "Add" beside any of the sections in the relevant section box.
You also have the ability to edit the recorded hazard.
Simply click the green "Edit" button located at the top or bottom of the page.
This will bring back up the initial hazard form and allows you to make changes to it.
Closing a hazard means that all relevant information is documented, and can be done by clicking the black "Close" button either at the top or bottom of the screen.
Clicking "Print PDF" downloads the recorded hazard as a PDF to your desktop, and facilitates a printable version.
