The status of a hazard relates to whether the recording of the hazard is open for editing, in progress of completion or closed.
The "Status" of a specific hazard is documented in the hazard recording form.
Hazards can be edited by clicking on the edit button located under the "Tools" section on the hazard dashboard.
Change the status to "Open" or "In Progress" using the dropdown menu.
Closing a hazard can be done by clicking the "View" tool, and then selecting the black "Close" button at the top or bottom of the page.
On the hazard dashboard page, the search for hazards can be refined using the hazard status.
Selecting either open, in progress, or closed will determine which hazards will show on screen, and facilitates a quick search for the relevant types of hazards.
