Within the "Root Cause" section of Insights Pro there is a new report included called the "Number of Events by" report. It is now possible to view the number of events by a multitude of factors. These include by "What Happened, Contributing Factor, Harm Level, Primary Stage, Time/Date of the week and the Staff Involved Count".
You can select these different reports by clicking on the dropdown menu beside the "Number of Events by " header and selecting the relevant report.
