At the click of a button you can now view the total number of events which were recorded segmented by the particular incident type.
You can view this report by clicking on "Insights Pro" followed by "Root Cause" and selecting the "What Happened" option in the dropdown menu beside "Number of Events by".
As a result of the data produced you can quickly see if there is a particular incident type with a high amount of occurrences e.g. incorrect drug or incorrect quantity and put measures in place to rectify this trend.
You can also use the filters to isolate specific information within the report and analyse further. Some of the filters include "Facilities", "Harm Level" and "Roles".
