The "Settings" tab is an administrative functionality. This additional privilege allows the user the capability to set the opening and closing times for their pharmacy. When user's then log into their Pharmapod accounts to check-in and out completing their daily log, the times which they log need to be in conjunction with the times which are set in "Settings".
It is also possible to set notification emails to be sent to the superintendent and supervising pharmacists in the case whereby the "Responsible Pharmacist did not check-in on time and also if the store was absent or is "missing minutes which exceeds the threshold" e.g. 30 minutes would be the threshold per day and the pharmacist checked in and out for a time which was over 30 minutes less than the allotted amount in Settings.
