The Analysis functionality similarly to Settings is an administrative privilege. It allows for viewability of reports such as the "Absence" and "Compliance" reports. With these reports it is possible to view the amount of minutes which pharmacists within the pharmacy were absent and also the percentage of time for which pharmacists had worked for compared to the allotted amount of hours set in the "Settings" tab.
A summary view is also evident revealing quantifiable metrics such as the pharmacy or pharmacist with the "Most minutes absent", who is "Frequently Absent", the "Average Percent Absent" and "Not Logging in". With these metrics once can draw insights and quickly see which pharmacist is not checking in and out or is doing so but not in alignment with the standardized times.
