Module Access Updates
1. User Story 4798: Module "CQI Widgets" should control absolutely NOTHING - Being decommissioned
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: The module "CQI Widgets" is being decommissioned in an effort to simplify the module access view and reduce confusion for users.
This ticket removes all access elements by this module "CQI Widgets" being turned ON for an organization and users. Any access that was being controlled by the module has been moved to be controlled by the "Incident/Event Management" module or "Health & Safety" modules depending on the type of event submitted. User's with the Incident/Event Management and Health & Safety module will be able to use all of the CQI widgets for events they have access to. CQI widgets are defined as the widgets on the right-hand side of the summary page including Root Cause, Learning Points, Actions, Documents, Recent Activities, and Comments.
Users with the "Submit Only Access" module will continue to not be able to access the summary page, no functionality has changed for users with this module.
2. User Story 4799: Module "Documents" should control absolutely NOTHING - Being decommissioned
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: The module "Documents" is being decommissioned in an effort to simplify the module access view and reduce confusion for users.
This ticket removes all access elements by this module "Documents" being turned ON for an organization (and all users of that organization). Any access that was being controlled by the module has been moved to be controlled by the "Incident/Event Management" module or "Health & Safety" modules depending on the type of event submitted. User's with the Incident/Event Management and Health & Safety module will be able to upload "Documents" via the Event Summary page for open events. When an event is closed, uploading additional documents will not be possible and the event should be re-opened first.
Users with the "Submit Only Access" module will continue to not be able to access the summary page, no functionality has changed for users with this module.

Undo Misrecord events button
4. User Story 4906: Undo Misrecord Button
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: For users with the "Misrecord Event" module, an enhancement has been made to allow users with this module turned on to un-misrecord an event.
This new button for 'Undo Misrecord" will only show in the Misrecorded tab in Cases and this will be the only tool in this tab. When the user clicks the icon, they get a pop-up modal that says "Do you want to undo the misrecord? This will reopen the event and will count towards the Insights report figures." When users confirm the decision to undo the misrecord, the event will be moved to an "Open" state and will no longer show as misrecorded in Cases or the Event Summary. It will also move to the CM Queue tab within Cases. In the Event Summary, "Recent Activities" will reflect the change in the audit trail.
The OCP Data Warehouse exporter will re-trigger and the event will be updated in the OCP Data Warehouse to not show as misrecorded and count towards insight counts.
Draft events identifiable and excludable from Data Export & Cases
5. User Story 4789: Draft Events - Allow identification & exclusion option in Data Export
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: Checkbox option for "Exclude Draft Events" in "Insights Pro" and "Anonymized Export"
By default, this will not be selected but when clicked, all draft events will be excluded from exports in "Insights Pro" and the "Anonymized Export" modules. Anonymized Export is an OCP-only related module and affects users' recording using the anonymous/OCP-only option.
In the export to csv/xlsx, the column for 'Badges' will be updated to include "Draft" for export files from Insights Pro and Anonymized Export .
6. User Story 4961: Draft Events - Exclude Draft Events Checkbox in Cases
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: A Checkbox option will be added to the "Cases" view for "Exclude Draft Events". By default, this option will be unselected on page load. When it is selected all draft events will be excluded (hidden) from the view in the Cases tab. As an event cannot be a draft in a closed state, for the "All Closed" this option would not change. But for all other tabs such as "CM Queue", "My Facilities", etc - this would filter events out that have the "Draft" badge when selected.
