Action log not sorting
1. Bug 1954: Action Log not sorting correctly
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: When setting the Action Log table within Insights to sort by Event ID then it sorts by numerical value of the first digit instead of the entire number. This has now been fixed as part of this release and events ID’s sort numerically from largest to smallest number or vice versa should the user change the sort.
2. Bug 3064: Insights Lite & Pro > Action > Action type not showing in Actions log
• Status: QA In Progress
• Description: Within Insights (Lite and Pro), Actions, the Action value was previously not pulling in the action type which was selected. This has been fixed as part of the release and the Action header within the tables should now be populated by the action type which was selected.
System Configuration Notifications
3. Bug 5129: Forms > Notification > Disabled System Configuration
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: If a user has access to the System Configuration module, Global Settings tab then they should be able to edit 'Notification' by form and this should not be disabled. Now, this can be accessed and the edit button for Notifications should be clickable.
Enhancements
Assign button moved within the Summary page
4. Task 2880: Move Assign Button on assign widget
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: Within the event summary page the assign button has now been moved to the “Assigned to” widget. The Assign button should no longer show at the top of the page within the main button header.
Move stage button moved to event summary page
5. User Story 5117: Add move stage functionality within event summary page
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: The move stage button which is visible within the CM Queue in Cases can now also be accessed within the event summary page for a case. It is located at the top of the page beside tools such as Edit and Close Case. This button will only show when an event is "Open" or in "Closure Requested" state. The button will not show for "Closed" or "Misrecorded" events. Anonymous submissions also shows this button. Users who are only assigned to the linked facility should not be able to view the "Move Stage" and "Assign" buttons in both the event summary and cases view.
Download PDF button visible within Cases
6. User Story 5119: Download PDF' tool shows in Cases tabs for each event
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: Within the Event Summary page, the "Print PDF" button is renamed to "Download PDF”. Also, a new 'tool' is added to Cases for "Download PDF", a user with access to the Cases module will be able to view this tool in cases. This is visible within All tabs in Cases bar the "Anonymous" tab as there is no "Tools" column.
Remove Re-Open button for misrecorded events.
7. User Story 5123: Remove "Re-Open" Button in Summary page when event is "Misrecorded
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: When an event has been "Misrecorded", the "Re-open" button should not show in the Event Summary page. In the case whereby a misrecorded event is unmisrecorded, returns to the CM Queue and is then Closed then the Re-Open button will be visible again within the summary page.
Facilities deactivating function renamed
8. User Story 5168: Settings > Facilities > Remove Active / Inactive Toggle
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: The Settings, Facilities table has been updated by changing the column "Active" with the On/Off toggle to a "Status" column that displays "Active" or "Inactive". The Edit Facilities modal now includes the "Status" with Radio options "Active" "Inactive”. If the facility is a "Pharmacy" and "Admin Body" = "OCP" this field should be disabled from editing, also the address metadata fields as they are driven from the OCP API and cannot be edited.
Adding new users no spaces permitted
9. User Story 5193: Add Validation logic for Login_ID - don't allows spaces
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: When adding a new user you cannot include a space in the login id. Login Id’s must also be unique upon user creation.
Linked Events
10. User Story 5118: Facilities that are linked to an event can continue to view event in "Misrecorded" and "All Closed" tab of Cases
• Status: QA To Test
• Description: The "Linked Facility" tab in Cases is renamed to "Linked Events".
As a user of a facility that has been linked into an event (non-owner), One can currently view open and closure requested events in the "Linked Events" tab but also need to be able to view them in "All Closed" tab when "Closed" and in the "Misrecorded Events" tab when "Misrecorded". This has been updated to allow visiblity in the All Closed and Misrecorded Events tabs.
The cases view will remain unchanged otherwise, showing events for the user based on the facilities they are assigned to.
11. User Story 4007: Toggle Incident and Near Miss - Applied Globally
• Status: Closed
• Description: The new "Toggle Event Type" submodule of Event Management has been released. It allows users the ability to switch between forms i.e. from incident to near miss when logged in and utilizing one the forms. It can also be used for already recorded/saves events which were done so in error. It has been switched on for "Case Managers" only and can be switched on for other users by clicking on Settings, Users and Module Access.
