Case assignment
1. Bug 5441: Assign event to User Then Reassign to Team, User Assignment does not update
• Description: When using the "Assign" widget in the event summary page and assigning an event to a team, the widget should update once the assignment is confirmed along with the Recent Activities widget without a full page refresh.
In the case whereby a Team is only selected, then only the "Team" assignment should be displayed and the User should be nulled. And vice versa for when only a user is assigned.
If both a Team/User are chosen, then both will be displayed.
This should reflect in both Cases & the Event Summary page. The page should update in both places without a refresh.
Enhancements
Data Export Updates
2. Task 5349: Insights Pro > Data Export > Facility Name columns should not include Facility Type
• Description: In relation to Insights Pro and the Data Export feature, the “Facility Name” header is updated to only include the facility name and not an amalgamation of facility name and type as before. Also, the label for Facility ID has now been updated to "Facility Database ID" making reference to the fact that this pulls the ID number from the Pharmapod database and not the corporate facility ID which is visible/updated by users on the frontend. This label is called “Corporate facility number”.
Cases Event Stage Update
3. User Story 5320: Pre-Populate Current Stage in Change Event Stage Pop-Up
• Description: When selecting Move Stage, within the Event Summary page or Cases, the current stage of the event should populate within the dropdown showing what stage was previously selected prior to altering.
System Configuration Module Updates
4. User Story 4797: System Configuration submodule: "Form Closure Rules & Notifications" & "Facility Types Management"
• Description: The "Escalation & Closure Rules" submodule is now located within "System Configuration" and renamed to "Form Closure Rules & Notifications". Access associated with "Facility Types Management" has been removed and is now controlled by "System Configuration" and Administrative access. As a result, the module is deleted with visibility on the system removed.
System Configuration Error
5. Bug 5431: System Configuration> Edit Document Type error
• Description: When clicking on System Configuration, Drop Downs, CQI Widgets Document types, and Edit then an error message occurred. This has now been fixed as part of this release.
Insights Pro
6. Bug 5439: Insights Pro > Event Trend Analysis > Number of Events by Organization
• Description: Within Insights Pro, Event Trend Analysis, Number of Events by Organization chart:
A user should only see "Corporate Division/Sub Organization") for the facilities they are assigned to and that are selected in the Drop Down. Thus if a user is assigned to two facilities with two different "Corporate Division/Sub Organization" values and they select only one of them for the report, ONLY the selected filter will show in the bar chart (ie 1 bar). If they select both (ie ALL) then both "Corporate Division/Sub Organizations" will show in the bar chart (ie 2 bars).
In the case whereby there are linked events for the facilities selected, then if "Include Linked Facilities" is selected, the user can also see the "Corporate Division/Sub Organization" of the facilities that are linked to the events. As an example I am assigned to a Home, there are events for two different pharmacies linked to my home. Thus I would see the "Corporate Division/Sub Organization" of these three facilities.
->NOTE: If a user is a Case Manager (is_case_manager) they should have access to all facilities so can see all banners when they select "All" facilities from the filter options.
