Enhancements

Assessments (PSSA Canada) (Pharmacy Assessment Ireland)

6. User Story 6120: Demographics before starting an Assessment

  • Description: When selecting “Start New Submission” a “Demographics” questionnaire shows with a list of questions that need to be answered prior to starting the submission. These questions mostly refer to the particular region where the user is completing the assessment and also the type of facility (pharmacy, care home etc.) where they are completing the assessment.

7. User Story 6103: Domain/Stage: New Likert Scaling system to questionnaire

  • Description: A new Likert scale has been developed for the multiple-choice questions within the PSSA/Pharmacy Assessment module. The scale is measured from 0 -100 in 25 percentile increases. The accumulated average number for the submission using this scale calculates the “Safety Score”. These numbers are visible within the system when the user is completing their submission.

(Example of new scale within Domain 1, PSSA)

8. User Story: Global PSSA Questionnaire, Add feedback survey after completion of Assessment

  • Description: After Completion of the Assessment, a short feedback questionnaire is presented to the user.

9. User Story 6211: Assessment > Available Assessments managed by module access

  • Description: When an organization's subscription has expired, and a user selects "Start New Assessment", they will receive the following message:

Access is controlled by the following sub-modules based on geographic location in the backend:

When a sub-module of "Assessments" is turned ON in the back end for Organizations, it is not required by front-end users (customers) to switch it On for each user. The user only needs to have the "Assessments" module turned On, within Settings, Users, and Modules Access to be able to access it.

    10. User Story 6340: My Safety Assessments: Loading icon to be added to the system when the system takes a few seconds to load the table
