Bugs

Insights Pro

1. Bug 6171: Inactive Facility is displayed in My Facilities popup and displays error when selected for chart generation in Insights Pro

• Description: Within Insights Pro, inactive facilities populate in the “My Facilities” filter. Upon selection, an error message was generated. Now, inactive facilities will not appear within the list of facilities, in the “My Facilities” filter in

Insights Pro.

2. Bug 6292: Insights Lite /Pro > Charts > Table displaying incorrect data in popup

• Description: Within Insights Pro or Lite, Charts, “Incidents per Harm level”, and in the “Table” view, when selecting a 0 value, all of the harm level values for the pharmacy were visible. This bug has now been fixed as part of this release. When selecting a 0 value within the Table view of the “Incidents per harm level” chart, no other values are visible. Also, when selecting a numeric value in this view, only those entry/entries show.

SOP’s/Procedures

3. Bug 2833: Procedure Management - upload new draft - no procedures available to select

• Description: Within Procedures (Canada/US) or SOP’s (UK/Ireland), when clicking on “Drafts”, “Upload New Draft”, under the “Select Procedures/SOP’s” section, no options are visible. The user cannot proceed as this field is mandatory. This bug has been fixed as part of this release. Now, the “Select Procedures/SOP’s” question will populate with previously uploaded Procedures/SOP’s on the system.

Assessments

4. Bug 6281: Completed Dashboard- incorrect message showing when no completed assessments available

• Description: Within Assessments, and clicking on the Completed Dashboard, if no Completed Assessments were visible a red error message flashed on the screen stating "No Active(In Progress) Assessments Found". This bug has now been fixed as part of this release. In the case whereby a user clicks on Assessments, Completed Dashboard and there are no completed submissions, no message is visible.

5. User Story 6347: Head Office View: Change the header name to Assessment Summary from Complete Assessment

• Description: Within Assessments, Head Office View, the “Completed Assessment” column header has been renamed to “Assessment Survey”. This column header now matches the wording in the pdf.

6. User Story 6336: Notification Pop-Up: Once the User abandons an assessment, a pop-up should be shown

Description: When a user abandons a submission within “Assessments” the following pop-up message will appear on the screen:

Export Data

7. User Story 6343: Export Data>>New File Format data field

• Description: Within Insights Pro, Export Data, a new button is added. The button is called “File Format”. When clicking on the dropdown for this new button, two options should be visible.

8. User Story 6355: Export Data Solution: New workflow

• Description: Within Insights Lite & Insights Pro, “Export Data” the functionality has changed. After selecting a range, and “Generate”, previously a table showing a list of the resulting events was displayed. This table has been removed and has been replaced by the following workflow:

The list of headers/columns which can be selected for the export is visible after clicking Export.

A push notification opens stating that the file is exporting in the background and can be opened once receiving and clicking on a notification. This notification is received in the top right-hand corner (Notifications section).

The notification to download the export is received.

When clicking on the “Notification” a push notification opens stating that the file is ready to be downloaded. The file can be downloaded by selecting “Download” within the push notification message.
