Within Insights Pro or Lite, and Export Data, after generating exports, a table showing these previous exports is visible at the bottom of the page. This table shows the “Date Requested”, “Requested by” (User), “Forms”, “Facilities”, the “Date Range Exported” and the file itself which can be redownloaded. These files are automatically removed from this table after 7 days. The table will only show for facilities you are assigned to unless you are a case manager. In the case of a case manager, you can view all exports for all facilities within the “Export Data History” table.
