Within Insights Lite & Insights Pro, “Export Data” the functionality has changed. After selecting a range, and “Generate”, previously a table showing a list of the resulting events was displayed. This table has been removed and has been replaced by the following workflow:
The list of headers/columns which can be selected for the export is visible after clicking Export.
A push notification opens stating that the file is exporting in the background and can be opened once receiving and clicking on a notification. This notification is received in the top right-hand corner (Notifications section).
The notification to download the export is received.
When clicking on the “Notification” a push notification opens stating that the file is ready to be downloaded. The file can be downloaded by selecting “Download” within the push notification message.
