SOP’s/Procedure Management
1. Bug 2494: SOPS > Skip sign off button visible when it shouldn't
• Description: When uploading a new “SOP/Procedure”, within SOP/Procedure Management, the skip sign off button was visible when selecting the save as draft option, “Step 5”. This bug has now been fixed, and the “skip sign off button” only shows in “Step 6” after the “publish” button has been selected in “Step 5”.
2. Bug 2829: Standard Operating Procedures Feedback Delete button not working as expected
• Description: Within the SOP’s/Procedure summary page (can be accessed by clicking on SOP/Procedure Management and the relevant code number), after selecting the “delete” button for a comment in the “Standard Operating Procedures Feedback” section, the comment did not delete. This bug has now been fixed as part of this release.
Insights Pro/Lite
4. Bug 7426: Insights pro>Charts>displaying 500 Internal server Error
• Description: Within Insights Pro, and Charts, an internal 500 Server error would sporadically appear. This bug has now been fixed as part of this release.
5. Bug 7432: Insights lite& Insights Pro>charts>Scatter chart>popup displaying list of events not matching the actual event count
• Description: Within Insights Pro/Lite, Charts, and Scatter charts, the popup displaying the number of events was not matching the actual event count within the system. This bug has now been fixed as part of this release.
NRLS Data Export (UK Pharmacies Only)
6. Bug 7433: Insights > NRLS Events rejected MD05 error
• Description: Within the NRLS Data Export, a number of events were being rejected as a result of the “MD05” error message. This issue has now been resolved as part of this release.

7. User Story 7534: PQS PQS Safety Report - Update for 2022/23 Wording changes
Description: The following word changes have been made to the PQS report to align with 2022/23 requirements:
UPDATE 1: On the main landing page for the PQS Safety Report, update the wording of the first line
TO: The Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) Patient Safety Report has been updated for 2022/23.
FROM: The Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) Patient Safety Report has been updated for 2021/22.
UPDATE 2: After clicking "Generate Word document", the pop up displays text below the table. Update the text below the table
TO:
* ‘Look-Alike, Sound-Alike’ (LASA), [sometimes also referred to as Sound Alike Look Alike Drugs (SALAD).

8. User Story 7537: PQS Safety Report - Auto-Populate LASA counts in Report
Description: Within the Incidents dashboard, PQS Report, searching for events for a given time period, and selecting “Generate word document” the number of events recorded with the contributory factor “LASA” populate in Columns E “Dispensing incidents involving high-risk LASA”, and C “Near misses involving high risk LASA”. Users can also edit these automated counts from the system after selecting “Generate word document”.
