1. User Story 7791: Insights Pro - NEW 'Root Cause' & 'Action' Export
• Description: Within Insights Pro, Export Data, two new report types are added called
“Root Cause Analysis” and “Actions”. When these filters are selected, and exported to excel, metrics within these widgets are visible in the excel file e.g. for the “Actions” report, the “Action Category” and “Additional Details/Notes” would populate into the excel as column headers.
