Settings
1. User Story 9145-9146-: Settings, Facilities Table and Updates on the landing page
· Description: The Settings, Facilities section has changed in terms of layout and with some tweaks to the functionality. They are as follows:
1. Add Facility button is removed, as this function is controlled internally on the back end (adding a new pharmacy/home etc.)
2. Filter enhanced, now possible to filter by “Administrative body”, “State/Body” etc. instead of just “Facility Type” previously.
3. Colour coding system for active and inactive facilities. Active facilities have a green colour code, whilst inactive facilities are red.
4. Facility Summary page (click on blue font, facility name), from here you can edit facility details e.g. name address by clicking on “General/Corporate Facility Details”, bulk assign users by selecting the “Users Assigned” header, assign facility specific roles e.g. Store Supervisor by clicking on the “Management Team” header. All of these tasks can be managed within the Facility Details page.

Linked Facilities
2. User Story 927-: Summary Page Tool > Linking Tool Enhancements (UI Updates)
· Description: Within the events summary page and in the Linking Tool, the following updates have been made.
i. A new option is added called “No other facilities involved”.
ii. Only enabled options enabled via the configurations in Form Settings, will show within the summary page widget. These options include “Contracted Facility, “Facility in my Organization”, “Facility outside my Organization”. If all options are disabled, the tool is disabled and removed from the summary page view.
iii. “Which facility did this event originate in” question is added within the Linked Facilities widget. The question can be set as mandatory/optional or be disabled from the widget within Form Settings Configurations.

3. User Story 9278-9280: Summary Page Tool > Linking Tool Enhancements
· Description: Within the event summary page the Linking tool’s options have been updated to the following:
1. Contracted facility: This option relates to contracted facilities, Settings, Contracted facilities. The blue box with facility details is updated to reflect the updates within the Settings, Facilities, fields e.g. Division, Point of Contact etc. If the field is null, the entire field will not display.
2. Facility in my Organization: Users can select linked facilities which are added to the organization whereby the event was reported, the reporting facility does not show in the dropdown.
3. Facility outside my Organization: Users can add details of a facility not within the reporting organization or with the contracted facility linking. No linking or access to the event (to the selected facility), is applied when selecting this option.

Staff Involved
4. User Story 9191: Staff Involved Tool Enhancement - License Number Required Based On Staff Position
· Description: Within The “Staff Involved” section, when a professional position’s license number is set as required within “System Configuration, Global Settings”, this mandatory field also applies in the Staff Involved section when adding a new staff member with that particular position.
Search Events
5. User Story 9365: Search - UI Enhancement & Merge Functionality
• Description: The Search functionalities located within Search and on the top right-hand corner of the system now return the same page (screenshot below). When using Main Header Search, this by default will Search "All my facilities" meaning all facilities the user is assigned. This setting will include "active" and "inactive" facilities the user is assigned directly (or in the case of the case manager access - all facilities in the organisation). For the date range, the default is the “Last 12 months” when this search is used and all forms. The page that returns will have the selected filters and text entered, and display as checked in the UI and results return.
Near Miss Form
6. User Story 9295: Pharmacy Medication Good Catch (Near Miss) Form Update (Canada and US Clients Only)
• Description: The Near miss form has been renamed to "Medication Good Catch" (US), Pharmacy Medication Good Catch (CA Pharmacies)< Home Medication Good Catch (CA Care Homes). The changes to the form are outlined in the attached mock-up, (highlighted in orange and purple).
