Settings
1. User Story 9935: Settings, Field name should change from Accreditation / Registration Number to ODS Code (UK Pharmacies Only)
· Description: The Settings, Facilities section, Accreditation/Registration number has been updated to “ODS Code”. This update shows in the Edit Facilities page, and the Facilities details page e.g. User’s assigned, Name, address Management Team, etc.
Incident Management Dashboard
2. User Story 9860: IM Dashboard Update > Replace Current Record Form with New Submit Flow
· Description: Within the Incident Management (home dashboard), the layout has been updated whereby the forms are shown vertically instead of horizontally. The load more button is also added if the organisation has additional forms enabled and wants to display them.
3. User Story 9861: IM Dashboard Update > Add New Nested Pie Chart - Number of Events in My Facilities
· Description: Within the Incident Management (home dashboard), a new chart is added called “Number of Events in My Facilities”. Included in this chart are the number of incidents and near misses reported and their status (Open v. Closed). This chart can be filtered for the “Last 12 Months”, or for “All Time”.
Print PDF Event Summary
4. User Story 9656: Cases >> PDF Download - Append PDF file name along with the event Id
· Description: Within the event summary page for events, when selecting the Print PDF button and downloading a certain file type e.g. FARPOQ (Quebec), Exclude Patient Safety Work Product PSWP (US), the file name includes the event ID and the type of PDF selected e.g. Event_12345 - Full Event Summary
